How long after placing my order will it arrive?
After you place your order, our typical production time for customized items is 2 business days before we arrange shipping.The shipping duration depends on your location and selected delivery method:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 4-8 business days.
Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-6 business days.
Note:
Shipping times may vary based on your country/region. Please refer to the estimated shipping time displayed at checkout page.

How much is shipping?
We provide Free Shipping over $55.
You can choose the shipping method during checkout:
Standard Shipping: $5.95 - Free Over $55.00 
Priority Shipping: $8.95
The shipping costs provided above are based on U.S. destinations as an example. Actual charges will vary by country/region. Please refer to the final shipping cost displayed at checkout for your country.
Now we provide the free shipping thresholds for various countries are as follows: United Kingdom(40 GBP), France (45 EUR), Germany (45 EUR), Canada (70 CAD), Mexico (1000 MXN), Australia (85 AUD), New Zealand (100 NZD), Italy (45 EUR), Spain (45 EUR), Portugal (45 EUR), Brazil (300 BRL), Japan (950 JPY), South Korea (75000 KRW), United Arab Emirates (200 AED), Saudi Arabia (200 SAR), Qatar(200 QAR), Kuwait(17000 KWD), Bahrain(20 BHD). Please note that the Priority Shipping option (as mentioned above) is not included in the free shipping program. 

How can I track my order?
When your order ships out, we will send the tracking number to the email address you provided during checkout. You can check the shipping status anytime using this number. Please note that orders usually take 2 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. (Processing typically takes 2 business days but may extend slightly during peak order periods, though it will not exceed 5 business days.)

Can I change the shipping information of my order?
You can change it by contacting customer service within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes may not be made after 24 hours. 

Do you ship to all countries worldwide?
We currently deliver to 18 countries globally. Any country listed in the checkout page's dropdown menu is can be delivered.
If your country is not currently listed in our supported shipping destinations, but you wish to purchase our products, please contact our customer service team at support@vememo.com to explore potential delivery options. 

Notes:
1. The estimated shipping time displayed on the checkout page is provided by the international carrier and your local carrier, based on the typical transit time for the vast majority of historical orders. Please note that this is an estimated shipping timeframe, not a guaranteed arrival date.
2. Situations where the customized product has been completed and shipped by us, and the carrier has attempted delivery multiple times (two or more) but failed, or where the shipment could not be delivered due to an incorrect address/zip code provided by the customer at the time of order. Should the shipment be undeliverable and returned to local carrier's upstream warehouse due to the above reasons caused by the purchaser, we are not liable for the purchaser's error.
3. Shipping carriers typically maintain a dedicated return-handling warehouse in each country. For failed deliveries as described in point 2, our customer service can, upon your request, assist in contacting the relevant return warehouse in your country. However, since the carrier has already fulfilled its delivery obligation with the initial attempt(s), a "Redelivery Fee" payable to the carrier is required to arrange a new delivery from the warehouse. The applicable fees for different countries are listed below: 
US: 6 USD, UK: 4 GBP, AU: 6 AUD, CA: 15 CAD, Mexico: 65 MXN, United Arab Emirates: 25 AED, Other Regions: $6.5 USD(or the equivalent in local currency)
Please note: Attempting to contact the carrier in your country to apply for redelivery is not our obligation but a goodwill assistance. This process requires approximately 3 business days to receive a response from the carrier. We do not charge any service fees for this assistance.
Important: If a redelivery is not requested within 14 days of the initial failed delivery, the carrier in most countries will typically dispose of the package to clear their warehouse inventory.
